Oversee cementing service line operations at the well site, coordinating crews and ensuring quality service to the customer. You’ll plan job execution, provide instructions and manage equipment readiness, including clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job. Lead and direct service operators, perform necessary calculations, and support dispute resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction while enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality Improvement expectations.
