Job Summary

Join the Phantom Works team to design, analyze, integrate, and validate electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) signature practices for next-generation platforms. You’ll develop and document electromagnetic system requirements, perform EO/IR modeling and simulation for optimization, and execute lab and range test plans to correlate simulation with measurement. Work across multidisciplinary teams and support technical documentation, design packages, and proposal development for new business.

•3+ years of EO/IR design experience using photometric or radiometric requirements.
•Experience with modeling and simulation of EO/IR performance characterization.
•Experience correlating performance predictions with laboratory and measurement data.
