  • •Collaborate with customers, Fed business analysts, product owners, architects, testers, and stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.
  • •Develop requirements into user stories with documented acceptance criteria and functional mock-ups; prepare test plans and test cases for validation and UAT.
  • •Identify opportunities to streamline and improve end-to-end process efficiency, quality alignment, and customer satisfaction.
