Job Summary

Implement Workday Financials solutions by partnering with customer project teams to design, configure, deploy, and test functional requirements. Act as an expert in Workday Financial Management, build and demonstrate prototypes, support legacy data conversion, and collaborate with integration consultants on Workday integrations. Apply Workday’s implementation methodology, maintain certification and product expertise, provide engagement status reporting, and mentor new consultants to help clients succeed in production.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with the customer’s project team to design, configure, and deploy functional requirements.
•Develop expertise in the Workday Financial Management product suite and apply Workday’s implementation methodology on engagements.
•Understand client business requirements, configure solutions, demonstrate configurations via prototype systems, and assist with client testing.
•Help convert legacy data into Workday.
•Mentor new consultants and provide engagement manager status reports; support Workday best practices and client readiness for production.

Key Requirements

•6+ years implementing Financial and/or Expense Management ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Lawson) as a consultant or customer.
•Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
•Functional expertise in at least one area such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting.
•Validated project management experience, including business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (plus ability to learn quickly and work with Workday Financials).
