Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the customer’s project team to design, configure, and deploy functional requirements.
  • •Develop expertise in the Workday Financial Management product suite and apply Workday’s implementation methodology on engagements.
  • •Understand client business requirements, configure solutions, demonstrate configurations via prototype systems, and assist with client testing.
  • •Help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • •Mentor new consultants and provide engagement manager status reports; support Workday best practices and client readiness for production.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years implementing Financial and/or Expense Management ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Lawson) as a consultant or customer.
  • •Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
  • •Functional expertise in at least one area such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting.
  • •Validated project management experience, including business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (plus ability to learn quickly and work with Workday Financials).
