Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure MEP infrastructure site safety and environmental compliance with local and regional health and safety requirements.
  • •Provide operational expertise across MEP systems (e.g., pumps, piping, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH units, wiring/lighting, generators, water supply, UPS, switchgear).
  • •Routinely inspect facilities, proactively report problems, and perform daily inspections of critical systems.
  • •Write and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs; maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  • •Coordinate and supervise scheduled shutdowns; support commissioning and develop energy monitoring metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical, or 2+ years of hands-on operations/facilities work experience (data center experience preferred).
  • •Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems (either is acceptable; both is a plus).
  • •Experience with critical systems documentation (Plans, Procedures, and Operations Manuals).
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with PLC-based control systems and/or Building Management Systems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing.
