Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including diverters, scanners, and third-party interface equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting methods.
  • •Respond to system interruptions from carrier jams, sensor faults, and control logic errors; execute resets and perform root cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation.
  • •Interface with BEUMER High-Level Control (SAC) and PLC systems; inspect system health, maintain logs, and support upgrades and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or mechanical degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • •0–2 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, motors, and controls).
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred), including fault diagnostics and industrial communication protocols.
