Global Quality Director, IL

Lead the IL global quality organization and deploy quality systems, tools, and processes across the end-to-end value chain from raw materials to customer deployment, with a focus on RFID technology performance. Own strategic and operational quality performance, drive preventive and predictive improvement using methodologies like Six Sigma, and partner with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to ensure audit-ready, world-class quality and reliability outcomes.
