Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic and operational performance of the IL quality function, developing and evaluating quality programs across raw materials to finished products.
  • •Provide strategic and operational support to customers and suppliers to improve quality excellence and customer experience.
  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a global, multicultural quality organization by driving preventive and predictive actions for holistic quality improvement.
  • •Serve as a customer advocate on quality topics, managing customer complaint resolution and supporting audits to drive continuous improvement at manufacturing sites.
  • •Implement world-class quality practices across the supply base and partner with manufacturing sites to meet internal and third-party audit requirements.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of end-to-end quality management experience in supply chain or operations (preferably a director of global quality).
  • •Strong functional and technical knowledge of RFID quality engineering.
  • •Expertise in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management, including DOE and 8D problem solving.
  • •Knowledge of quality assurance standards, procedures, and certification systems.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing quality performance across multiple manufacturing sites and coaching/leading a team.
