Oversee the video creator community across global markets, growing and engaging contributors, building scalable playbooks, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Curation to shape video strategy. Own partnerships, activations, and feedback loops, tracking health metrics, and driving repeatable processes for regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow the Video Creator Community: bring new video creators to Pexels through partnerships, challenges, events, and outreach, and own the targets and tracking; identify partnership opportunities globally.
•Engage and Retain Existing Contributors: design activations that celebrate and reward video creators, globally and with regional Community Managers; build an event host program and recurring touchpoints to keep creators active.
•Advocate for Contributors: run structured feedback loops (surveys, interviews, forums); surface insights to shape platform decisions and bring creator perspective to Product, Marketing, and Curation.
•Build Systems and Playbooks: create scalable frameworks like contests, spotlights, onboarding flows, and engagement cadences for regional teams; document what works and track health metrics with Data and Operations.
•Track health signals (churn, upload frequency, inactivity) to catch at-risk contributors early.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing or growing an online and in-person creator community.
•Strong execution skills with ability to take direction and run with it.
•Genuine interest in video and video creators; prior involvement in related community preferred.
•Collaborative; can communicate effectively with regional teams and cross-functional partners.
•Data-driven; comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and next steps.
