Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • •Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and cold calling to grow the pipeline.
  • •Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and guide candidates through the offer process.
  • •Use ATS and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and represent the company at recruiting events.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting.

  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • •Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and current regulations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
