Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HyLight’s operations with a cross-functional scope spanning production, quality, structuring, and execution.
  • •Lead the transition from prototype to serial production via industrialization roadmap, manufacturing ramp-up, and production planning.
  • •Build and optimize the supply chain, supplier qualification, procurement, and assembly/integration/test processes.
  • •Establish and drive a robust quality system and support certification and regulatory readiness in a regulated aerospace environment.
  • •Build operational processes, tools, KPIs, governance, and operational team structure; coordinate end-to-end delivery across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior operator experience (COO, VP Operations, Industrial Director or equivalent) scaling a hardware/deeptech company (aerospace, drones, robotics, space, automotive, or medical devices).
  • •Proven track record taking a physical product from prototype to serial production at scale.
  • •Deep expertise in industrialization, production, quality, and supply chain for complex hardware in a regulated environment.
  • •Engineering background (grande école or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • •Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with extreme ownership, fast decision-making, and comfort building from scratch while staying on the ground.
