Own HyLight’s operations and scale the company from early contracts to global impact. Lead production & industrialization, establish quality and compliance for a regulated aerospace environment, and build the operational backbone—processes, KPIs, governance, and team structure. Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, product, commercial, regulatory, and finance while translating strategy into execution and driving end-to-end milestones.
