Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and lead development teams for RF hardware such as transmitter/receiver/exciter CCAs, seekers/AESAs/antennas/radomes, and radar and RF subsystems.
  • •Ensure technical performance, cost, and schedule alignment for assigned RF hardware programs.
  • •Provide technical management and oversight of suppliers, including design/build interface, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • •Collaborate closely with project management and multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver high-performance RF solutions.
  • •Support efforts ranging from organizing and leading RF product development teams to providing supplier support for complex RF products.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with product team leadership, including task definition/assignments and cost & schedule tracking (Earned Value Management).
  • •Experience overseeing RF hardware suppliers, including design/build and delivery issue resolution.
  • •Experience developing RF/radar hardware, including requirements development/validation, RF hardware design, and/or RF hardware testing.
  • •Strong academic foundation in RF/microwave engineering, antenna engineering, or radar systems.
