Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product management for the COI domain across shared development infrastructure, developer platform enablement tooling, cloud-readiness practices, and foundational cloud infrastructure.
  • •Champion cloud operational readiness across the organisation by driving standard adoption during capability definition and planning and unblocking misunderstandings.
  • •Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate customer feedback and market signals, and translate needs into an actionable, measurable roadmap.
  • •Reduce friction and accelerate delivery by guiding teams on operational and shared platform needs and improving deployment pipelines and release cycles.
  • •Ensure capabilities are observable using defined service level metrics, maintain shared infrastructure foundations, and facilitate SaaS Operational Readiness forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS delivery models, including operating services reliably at scale.
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • •Ability to influence and align teams across R&D, Delivery, Portfolio, Commercial Operations, and Support without direct reporting lines.
  • •Strong analytical and prioritisation skills using metrics to turn ambiguous inputs into clear, scoped, measurable deliverables.
  • •Previous product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or internal-enablement domains.
