Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish efficient and reliable scaling up process for perfumery liquid technologies, including industrializing new products, new formulations, and new processes.
  • •Ensure formulas introduced for manufacturing are cost-effective, manufacturable, and supply-resilient.
  • •Lead process and material optimization of perfumery liquid technologies to reduce total delivery costs and improve sustainability.
  • •Develop and optimize fragrance solutions in manufacturing formulations that meet regulatory, safety, quality and technical requirements; support scalability and supply chain efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (growth office, regulatory, R&D, SNO, procurement) to align on strategic goals and ensure Right First Time formulation transfer across plants.

Key Requirements

  • •+8 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with manufacturing process optimization knowledge, preferably in perfume liquid technologies and a proven track record of technical (re)formulation.
  • •BSc or MSc in engineering, chemistry, fragrance technology or related fields.
  • •Fluent in English and preferably French; knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of perfume raw material functions, regulatory & safety constraints; experience with operations, procurement, or supply chain teams.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and presentation skills; ability to present to senior leaders.
