Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Security Manager with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling, and disciplining security staff.
  • •Supervise and direct security staff to implement the security plan for safety, care, customer service, and efficiency.
  • •Patrol premises and prevent unauthorized entry through entrances, doors, gates, and fences.
  • •Conduct guest searches (pat downs, metal detector wands, and bag searches) and check tickets/passes for reserved seating areas.
  • •Investigate and resolve issues and customer complaints, complete written incident reports, and assist with post-event cleanup.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • •Experience supervising a team of individuals in a group effort.
  • •Live event security or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • •Ability to perform security duties professionally, including standing/walking/climbing stairs and lifting 50 lbs.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to make good decisions within policy and procedures.
