Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a senior technical expert for enterprise Windows and VMware infrastructure projects.
  • •Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 8, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and Windows Server components including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • •Design and support highly available virtualization platforms and Windows-based infrastructure services.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure, performance, and availability issues.
  • •Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, develop technical documentation/standards, lead reliability/scalability/security improvements, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •9+ years of Windows Server administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • •9+ years of hands-on VMware administration experience with vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
  • •9+ years supporting enterprise Active Directory environments including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
  • •Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation and systems administration.
