Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain long-term relationships with LIVE creators and their management.
  • •Own creator education and training, providing structured learning on TikTok platform, LIVE functions, and platform policies.
  • •Develop creator development paths and content strategies; monitor creator live performance and help improve data and content quality.
  • •Run daily creator operations, providing help, support, and communication to encourage creators to go live; deliver weekly/monthly performance analysis.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to brainstorm and coordinate creator activities and platform resources for MENAT and TikTok Turkey live business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •3+ years of experience in partnership, content, marketing, or education/training roles within the internet.
  • •Ability to adapt in a startup environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and excellent business acumen in emerging technology.
  • •Fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills.
