Branch Leader I, II or III - Cobb/Cherokee Area

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance, coaching and managing teammates, and executing business development to grow revenue. Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and operations leaders to ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and ethics standards. Manage human capital activities including hiring, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and counseling, while promoting Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values in the community.
