Job Summary

Perform CIF warehousing and customer-facing transactions by verifying materials against receiving documents, storing and palletizing items, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Handle issue and turn-in processes for OCIE items, resolve discrepancies using hand receipts and clothing records, and prepare required DA forms. Support accountability between on-hand balances and system records, report losses or damage, and may operate hand or power trucks including forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify materials against receiving documents, report discrepancies/damage, and route/store items according to storage plan and methods.
•Store, stack, palletize, rearrange, and take inventory of stored materials; examine items for deterioration and damage.
•Conduct CIF issue and turn-in transactions, update clothing records for OCIE accountability, and assist customers with discrepancies.
•Prepare and process DA forms (e.g., 3645 OC&IE Record, 3161 Request for Issue/Turn-In, 2062 Hand Receipt, 4949 Admin Adjust Report, 7923 Statement of Charges, DD Form 200).
•Ensure correct sizes/NSNs by authorization levels, reconcile on-hand balances with system records, and report losses/damaged property.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•Two (2) years’ experience with knowledge of military Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment.
•Knowledge of automated data systems and automated data system input.
•Working knowledge of office tools/programs and proficient oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
