Job Summary

Develop and deliver field service projects for building automation systems, including BMS testing, commissioning, and on-site supervision. Plan and configure HVAC, CCTV, access control, security, and third-party systems, prepare technical submittals, and support pre-sales through execution and stakeholder management. Coordinate project site needs, manage KPIs/customer satisfaction, and help forecast and control project financials while maintaining EHS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop service project objectives by reviewing proposals/plans and coordinating project responsibilities and personnel allocation.
•Design, plan, and handle testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision for BMS.
•Design and configure HVAC, CCTV, access control, security, and third-party systems; prepare and maintain technical documentation/submittals.
•Execute projects and support pre-sales stakeholder management, including account team and technical lead support.
•Perform testing/commissioning and prepare BMS/FAS/security technical submittals, method of statement, compliance statement, and OMM.

Key Requirements

•Engineering Bachelor Degree (Electrical / Mechanical).
•At least 2 years’ project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field.
•Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic.
•Project and A&A management of BMS/FAS/Security systems.
•Ability to complete project schedules and manage account sites in line with Honeywell policies.
