Senior Executive (Purchasing)

Support end-to-end purchasing by obtaining and comparing quotations, contacting vendors for availability, and creating purchase orders while monitoring requisitions for accuracy. Resolve purchasing issues across incorrect orders, invoices, and shipments, and administer supplier contracts and adjustments. Maintain vendor databases and documentation, closely follow up to ensure timely raw material delivery, and adhere to SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices, and 5S.
