Key Responsibilities

  • •Define quality requirements based on business strategy and assembly procedures within New Product Introduction projects for production sites.
  • •Lead quality improvement efforts within manufacturing sites.
  • •Reinforce Compliance and Quality requirements with manufacturing sites and ensure Engineering Change Management flows successfully.
  • •Act as a representative with R&D teams to raise quality or manufacturing concerns over ECRs or design updates.
  • •Support compliance audits, ISO/external certifications, and compliance deliverables from HW prototypes through safety testing and first customer delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (production, industrial, electronics, mechanical, chemistry).
  • •5 years of experience in process/manufacturing, preferably with hardware assembly (electrical products).
  • •Knowledge of the NPI process and process validation, with ability to troubleshoot and solve problems hands-on.
  • •Experience with project management and/or process/product quality, including manufacturing BoM management practices.
  • •Fluent English and strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with manufacturing and R&D teams across sites.
