Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver evidence-based critical care to PICU patients.
  • •Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on an ongoing basis.
  • •Formulate nursing care plans and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • •Manage level 3 critical care needs including advanced airway management, ventilation, invasive line management, inotropic support, CVVHDF, and critical emergencies.
  • •Support parents with clear updates on care plans and patient condition, while adhering to DHA and clinical guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE Medical Health Authority License.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or Degree in Nursing with minimum two years course duration) and registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
  • •Has worked in a hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years.
  • •Resuscitation Certificate as per the specialty, with ongoing and active continues personal development (CPD).
  • •Supports quality patient care by showing empathy, maintaining patient dignity, and following proper protocols.
