Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering (or equivalent) for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance in production/manufacturing/product qualification environments.
  • •Experience leading design, development, and/or integration of test equipment.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, Agile methodologies, gate reviews, and EVMS.
