Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent master’s-level licensure.
  • •Valid Michigan state licensure (full, limited, or provisional licenses accepted).
  • •Ability to remain calm and compassionate with individuals in acute distress.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to assess risk and develop appropriate safety interventions.
  • •Experience managing crisis situations with composure and professionalism.
