Key Responsibilities

•Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, KPI and profitability targets through short- and mid-term planning, cost control, sales and service.
•Maintain consistently high service standards in-store aligned with Puma values and service standards.
•Assist in recruiting, training, developing and replacing high-performing associates and manage results.
•Spend 90% of work hours on the sales floor to attract customers, sell, and coach employees.
•Support the Store Manager in preparing and timely conducting performance reviews.
