  • •Leadership and management experience directing hardware engineering teams through a full product development lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience with cost and planning management tools, optimising solutions and minimising impacts from dependencies, and with work package control.
  • •Experience with Safety Critical Systems and requirements management tools such as DOORS or work-package management tools like MSP or JIRA.
  • •Experience in identifying improvements to working practices and team skill development, including root-cause analysis and target areas of improvement (MDBF).
  • •Experience leading electronics design for production programs in defence/aerospace context.
