Job Summary

Assist with preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment on the 2nd shift. Remove and install machine components, troubleshoot failures, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with process technicians and operators, and design/fabricate/weld machine components or fixtures as needed. Record malfunctions and adjustments, run tests to ensure safe operation and quality standards, and maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.

•Assist with preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment.
•Remove and install machine components to keep production equipment safe and efficient.

•Design, fabricate, and weld machine components or fixtures; conduct test runs of adjustments.
•Record machine malfunctions and adjustments; maintain safety and cleanliness of maintenance equipment, tools, and work areas.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 5 years of related experience in a fast-paced industrial setting; multi-skilled technician experience in extrusion or injection molding is a plus.
•Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
•Ability to attend off-site training as offered.
•Strong electric and hydraulic skills, including familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to read/write instructions and prints.
