Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as subject-matter authority for a portfolio of regulatory filing programs, ensuring end-to-end quality, timeliness, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • •4–7 years of progressive experience in regulatory reporting, fund administration, investment operations, or a related financial services function.
  • •Deep expertise in at least two regulatory frameworks for alternative investments (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD, CPO-PQR, SEC Form ADV, TIC).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one analytical or scripting environment (Python, SQL, or equivalent).
  • •Exceptional analytical/problem-solving skills and strong client-facing communication (written, verbal, and presentations).
