Responsible for GTM kick-offs, enabling content, dashboards, and cross-functional alignment with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the revenue enablement strategy and roadmap aligned to GTM priorities with measurable quarterly outcomes.
•Lead and grow a global enablement team, setting priorities and coaching for excellence.
•Design onboarding and ongoing readiness programs for Sales, CS, and Partner roles across product, process, messaging, and selling skills.
•Equip teams for a technical buyer with tailored playbooks, talking tracks, and competitive content for developers, platform engineering, DevOps, and security buyers.
•Drive GTM kick-offs and major enablement moments (250+ attendees) and modernize the enablement tech stack with LMS, CMS, sales engagement, and AI tooling.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in B2B SaaS revenue or sales enablement
•4+ years leading a global enablement function
•demonstrated track record improving ramp time, win rate, and quota attainment through structured programmes
•experience enabling GTM teams selling a technical product to developer/platform/DevOps/security buyers
•designing and running large-scale GTM kick-offs and enablement events for 250+ attendees
