Provide hands-on support for semiconductor process technologies in Hsinchu, working across areas such as deposition, etch, front-end processes, epitaxy, CMP, ion implantation, and process diagnostics. Use DOE and statistical analysis to run hypothesis-driven experiments, troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis, and communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders to build trust and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support via on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Partner with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes for advanced chips used in everyday electronics.
•Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments and DOE; analyze data with statistics and compile reports with high-level conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems by performing multiple root cause analyses and resolving difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals while building relationships and establishing trust.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
•1–5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or technical support (new graduates are welcome).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process development or equipment troubleshooting.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve difficult process and customer product problems.
•Fluent in English (TOEIC 550+ required; 750+ preferred) and Mandarin.
