Key Responsibilities

  • •Own intercompany replenishment flows end-to-end, coordinating with distribution centers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal receiving to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Handle customs clearance and import documentation: prepare/validate paperwork, coordinate clearance, track shipments to receipt, and resolve holds or exceptions.
  • •Manage 3rd-party import replenishment by overseeing supplier and logistics partner relationships, maintaining visibility and escalating risks with mitigation plans.
  • •Execute indirect spend purchasing by processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders and resolving invoice/receipt mismatches per procurement policy.
  • •Act as backup for the Procurement Supply Chain Manager and support operational procurement coverage while aligning stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

  • •Minimum 3–5 years in operational procurement, import logistics, or supply chain within a complex international environment.
  • •Hands-on customs & import expertise, including import documentation, customs clearance processes, incoterms, and cross-border logistics coordination.
