Key Responsibilities

•Execute human-in-the-loop activities supporting Level 1 (L1) automation processes with accuracy, quality, validation, and governance.
•Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex process exceptions from automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions using established procedures.
•Monitor exception trends, workload patterns, and operational performance indicators to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
•Document findings, observations, and analysis to support informed decision-making, governance reviews, and continuous improvement.
•Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to support corrective actions, process enhancements, and automation stabilization, including operational reporting and updates.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, a technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
•Experience supporting business operations, automation-enabled processes, technical support, process management, shared services, or related functions.
•Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and follow established procedures to achieve accurate, timely outcomes.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
