  • •Minimum 3 years as a maintenance technician (or closely related role), with experience leading, directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians preferred.
  • •Ability to diagnose and support basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues to direct or assist in repairs.
  • •Capability to promote a “Safety First” culture and develop/maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
  • •Basic PLC experience required.
  • •Proficient verbal and strong written communication skills, plus knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (SAP experience is a plus).
