Lead materials management strategy and a team to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time material delivery supporting production schedules. Drive SIOP to maintain optimal inventory, establish inventory targets and safety stock policies, and manage excess/obsolete inventory through corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally with procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, finance, and engineering, and track KPIs such as inventory turns, service level, and schedule attainment using ERP/MRP systems.
