Key Responsibilities

•Develop sales plans and OTB by collaborating with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce; use sales data and market conditions to inform merchandise strategies.
•Own and maintain Monthly Sales and Stock Intake plans to optimize stock levels and maximize sales and margin.
•Forecast and re-forecast by analyzing sales performance and market trends; adjust plans to align with business conditions.
•Monitor margins and identify profitability improvements; manage aging stock and coordinate seasonal markdowns with Buying/Trade teams.
•Conduct range planning by channel/region/store and support end-to-end critical path and in-season re-planning with management.
