Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic second-line risk and compliance oversight for the Investments business and related compliance programs.
  • •Lead governance initiatives by partnering with risk teams and business stakeholders to establish and enhance governance, risk mitigation, due diligence, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Support identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of operational, compliance, and strategic risks using RCSA and Risk Profile management.
  • •Communicate risk assessment results to governance committees, business process owners, and leadership to influence decision-making.
  • •Coordinate regulatory requirements and examinations; facilitate cross-functional teams and formulate stress test plans for business lines or the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, legal, or audit within financial services/insurance or specialized technical fields related to the role.
  • •Expert knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations, and ability to apply regulatory risk guidance to consult and influence outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated experience resolving conflicts and effectively challenging at all levels of management.
