Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve operational, infrastructure, or hardware incidents in multiple data centers.
  • •Manage the complete lifecycle for data center hardware, including deployment, operation, and decommission.
  • •Physically rack and cable data center equipment, track and organize incoming equipment storage.
  • •Perform quality assurance testing, resolve recurring issues, and schedule/track hardware maintenance.
  • •Monitor environmental conditions and power/cooling systems; run diagnostics and replace failing parts; document processes and keep event logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ year of data center experience; or 3+ years of data center experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Professional experience working in a data center or with IT hardware.
  • •In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
  • •Experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment.
  • •Linux and Windows OS system administration experience.
