Key Responsibilities

•Act as a player-coach: lead the squad while writing the hardest code.
•Build Go services on the event bus, including high-throughput transactional data models and WebSocket backends.
•Own a specialization track: AI/ML pipelines (RAG, streaming inference, eval), connectors (CCaaS/CTI, CRM, SIP/RTP), or core platform services.
•Own committed timelines and latency budgets; move blocked work forward and demo working software every Friday.
•Set engineering patterns through code review and raise the engineers around you, managing change as priorities and tech shift.

Key Requirements

•9+ years hands-on with Go and experience across at least 3 languages, plus strong AI, debugging, and shipping velocity.
•Led a squad and shipped a hard real-time or platform product end-to-end on committed timelines.
•Owns code review standards and raises engineers through shipping repeatable patterns.
•Experience running event-driven systems in production (NATS/Kafka/Redpanda-style), with real-time, low-latency, pub/sub thinking.
•Hands-on AI experience in the code and product (LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or model serving), plus data graph/knowledge graph or AI/ML model training/serving/eval.
