Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to structural design of bridge projects across concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
  • •Design and analyze pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete bridges, including cast-in-place box girders.
  • •Perform analysis and design of structural steel bridge systems including steel girder, box girder, and composite bridges.
  • •Develop structural models and run analyses using MIDAS Civil or equivalent bridge design software.
  • •Prepare design calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and support tender documentation; review deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and support construction with technical responses to RFIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
  • •Minimum 6 years of professional experience in bridge design engineering.
  • •Experience analyzing and designing reinforced and pre-stressed concrete bridge structures.
  • •Strong experience designing structural steel bridge systems (e.g., steel girder, box girder, composite bridges).
  • •Proficiency with bridge design/structural analysis software such as MIDAS Civil, CSI Bridge, SAP2000, SAFE (or equivalent) and familiarity with AASHTO LRFD and Eurocodes.
