Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and technical support on water and or wastewater projects as part of a project team.
  • •Deliver hydraulic modelling studies, using existing models and building new models to assess asset performance.
  • •Support feasibility studies, optioneering, model calibration/verification, and needs assessment.
  • •Prepare reports and supporting drawings, and define work needed by field investigation teams.
  • •Provide guidance to and manage the work of Graduates, Engineers, and Technicians; attend and contribute to project meetings with clients via video conferencing where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
  • •Professional accreditation from ICE or CIWEM or pursuing.
  • •12+ years water/wastewater industry experience desired (not essential), with understanding of water industry standards and specifications (UK Water Industry preferred).
  • •Experience in UK Water distribution projects including urban drainage modelling and wastewater modelling, including model verification and needs assessment/optioneering.
  • •Proficiency with modelling software Infoworks ICM and GIS, plus strong written and verbal English communication and competence in MS Office.
