Own the Electric Linear Motion (ELM) product portfolio across the Americas, acting as the general manager for strategy, roadmap, and market success. Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, maturity, and discontinuation. Partner with engineering, supply chain, sales, product, and marketing teams to build a global roadmap, translate market and competitive insights into action, deliver customer-facing training, and manage portfolio KPIs and new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy for the Electric Linear Motion portfolio across Americas Factory Automation markets, including segmentation, positioning, and differentiation.
•Collaborate with global engineering, supply chain, sales, product management, and marketing to build and maintain a global ELM roadmap.
•Work with customer-facing teams to capture and synthesize market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements for electric motion applications.
•Develop and deliver Electric Linear Motion training for sales, application engineering, and other customer-facing teams.
•Oversee portfolio activities (positioning, pricing, launches, obsolescence, sales support, trainings) and guide new product development while monitoring and acting on KPIs.

Travel: Medium travel

•Ability to travel ~20% to global sites and customer locations.
