Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full employee lifecycle, provide P&O guidance, and support UAE national development and Emiratization initiatives.
•Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with organizational values, focusing on integrating UAE national talent.
•Oversee performance management processes and collaborate with managers to identify and support development needs for UAE nationals.
•Maintain human resources data, prepare reports, and provide insights on Emiratization progress and hiring metrics.
•Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies while managing recruitment, onboarding, and national hiring requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years of experience
•Demonstrated experience supporting Emiratisation programs and initiatives
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to support managers and employees
•Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
•Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and confident approach
