Engineer - Facilities Management

Manage day-to-day operational delivery for facilities management services to ensure buildings are fully maintained, functional, and safe. Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while implementing facility projects. Support contract performance through monthly reporting, SLA/KPI monitoring, staff induction and training, invoice coordination, and procurement activities. Execute energy management initiatives and help integrate new technologies with ROI-focused business cases.
