Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security to document functional requirements and develop DT bid materials (including BOEs).
  • •Manage and control project scope, cost, schedule, and performance, including task planning, financial forecasts (EAC), resource capacity/demand tracking, and risk/opportunity management.
  • •Manage and document changes in scope across the program lifecycle for DT development and collaborative environments.
  • •Prepare presentations and communicate project status to internal and external customers at strategic and tactical leadership levels.
  • •Establish project metrics, milestones, and critical path; monitor adherence to scope, schedule, and budget; resolve conflicts and promote cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization to access information under the program/contract.
  • •Ability to attain a Secret/Top Secret clearance.
  • •3+ years managing digital technology projects with oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
  • •Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project and managing project financials (EAC, BAC) and resource demand forecasting.
