Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare NAV packs and perform checker activities, ensuring accurate NAV generation and validation through diagnostic checks and financial mainframe reporting.
  • •Manage post-NAV activities and monthly/reporting tasks including fee reviews, ex-dividend distribution, trustee packs, queries, and regulatory/client reporting.
  • •Identify, resolve, and escalate problem situations to prevent recurrence and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • •Support deployment of business solutions to remove manual processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and participate in technology upgrades including UAT when required.
  • •Maintain internal control standards and operational risk awareness; ensure timely completion of mandatory training and implementation of audit/regulatory points.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce or qualifications to accounting/finance, or relevant experience.
  • •3-6 years of relevant funds administration experience with strong understanding of end-to-end fund accounting and risk/control points.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting; knowledge of accounting & valuations processes.
  • •Working knowledge of Bloomberg/Reuters and other reconciliation/accounting applications used across the NAV process.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, corporate actions, financial instruments, and reconciliations.
