As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll analyze benefits data and trends, collaborate with vendors and HR stakeholders, and help manage annual renewals and enrollment activities. You’ll also respond to employee and management inquiries, prepare reports and recommendations, and monitor legislative and market changes to keep plans compliant, competitive, and aligned with a people-first culture.
