Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise interior design and fit-out works during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities.
  • •Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for compliance with project requirements.
  • •Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.

  • •Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.

  • •Experience supervising construction management projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
  • •Strong knowledge of interior finishes, fit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, plus experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
