Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new connections with potential clients across the Data Centre sector.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives and advise on innovative approaches to enhance competitiveness.
  • •Monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline with leadership to ensure proactive focus on priority areas.
  • •Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations; review and refine draft bids for clarity and alignment with client expectations.
  • •Drive high standards of bid quality and act as bid director for major pursuits; contribute to development of proposal templates for various services and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services, ideally in a mission critical built environment sector.
  • •Proven success in winning work, shaping client opportunities, and driving business development.
  • •Proactive, detail driven, and hands on, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients and senior management; fluent in Spanish and English.
