Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data to support IAM decisions.
  • •Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments to identify excessive or inappropriate access.
  • •Apply Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC to access and role analysis and recommendations.
  • •Support SSO/Okta integration needs via application inventory and coordination with owners.
  • •Triage and analyze legacy OAuth applications in Google Workspace; document findings and coordinate remediation implementation changes.

Key Requirements

  • •IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management experience, including IAM/GRC risk assessments.
  • •Experience with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a comparable IAM/IGA platform.
  • •Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and the Principle of Least Privilege.
  • •Ability to review user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms and identify excessive or inappropriate access.
  • •Located in Latam and fluent in English.
