Job Summary

Technical project and deployment manager who bridges engineering/data science teams with market stakeholders to orchestrate end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies, and transition complex IP into live market operations. Key Responsibilities

•Integrated Planning: Create and own the master delivery plan.
•Project Governance: Establish and maintain standard project controls, including RAID logs, resource forecasts, and budget tracking.
•Schedule Management: Ensure client deadlines are reflected in planning for technology teams and manage scope/acceptance with the client.
•Resource Coordination: Forecast resource requirements and ensure the right skills are available at the right time across Agile teams.
•Deployment Blueprint: Create and maintain the standard Deployment Blueprint for rollout, configuration, and localization for new markets or clients.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in Technical Project and Deployment Management, with a track record of taking systems from development through live deployment.
•Experience working with Data Science, Analytics and complex Data Engineering teams.
•Expertise in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies with structured governance for fixed-deadline contracts.
•Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
•Analytical thinking and ability to forecast resource requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
